Course Objective: To make the students familiar with basic concepts like objects and classes for providing security to data using Java. To understand the concept of inheritance, polymorphism, file handling in java. Develop an ability to write programs in Java for problem solving.

Course Outcome: After successful completion of the course, students will able to:

CO1:Explain the philosophy of object-oriented design and the concepts of encapsulation, abstraction, inheritance, and polymorphism;

CO2: Implement, test, and debug (Analyze) simple programs in an object-oriented programming language. CO3: Apply the concepts of classes, methods and inheritance to write programs Java.

CO4: Demonstrate the concepts of data encapsulation, inheritance in Java.
